Meet Reynaldo Santana Polanco

Aloha, my name is Reynaldo Santana, but most people just call me Rey. Before becoming a Realtor®, I proudly served in the U.S. Navy, where I learned discipline, integrity, and a commitment to service. Today, those same values guide me in real estate, where my motto is: “Your Goal, My Mission—Whether You Are Moving In or Moving On.”

Although my roots are in New York City and the Dominican Republic, Oahu has been my home for the past eight years. I’ve grown to love its people, culture, and lifestyle, and I’m proud to be building my business here.

For over five years, I’ve been an active real estate investor, and I continue to invest while helping others achieve their dreams of buying and selling homes. A little over a year ago, I expanded into serving clients directly so I could share my knowledge and experiences to make the process clear and rewarding. With a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, I bring a strong business foundation that allows me to guide clients with strategy, care, and compassion—always keeping education at the center of the journey.
